The coffee table was damaged, 2 with the 3 plastic chairs outside were damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a big improvement to your deck. The house has so much potential it can be sad to discover it getting run down. I Definitely loved the area, but if improvements are usually not made would not lease house once more. I loved that there have been two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Grownups who would like to travel alongside one another. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it once again or recommend it to a pal.

2 Would have been nice to have screen doorways with the patio doorways so somebody could open them and listen to the ocean. The pictures in the house should be up to date to match the home, it's pretty run down and needs attention.
